| Dear Mr. Hoshall As you know I previously worked
for you for almost a year. I appreciated the money you paid me and the fact that it
was there every Friday, my wife loved it because she could always count me bringing a
check home. I was happy and you kept me constantly busy.
However, other builders were calling me for work and offering me more money. I
knew that you were paying me a fair price and you assured me you could keep me busy but
you could not pay me any higher because, as you have said many times, "It's really
the Tom Hoshall home buyer that's paying you. Remember, if we build right and price
right we will be able to offer the best home for the money and have more home
buyers."
Well, the grass still looked greener on the other side and I went after the
bigger money. Here's my story:
I worked some jobs for more money than you were paying. But, I had to set
out a few days from time-to-time because the jobs were often not ready. The checks were
usually late or I had a real hassle getting them. One check bounced several times, and I
have spent weeks trying to get my money out of one of the other builders. Now I wonder,
"What was I thinking," I'm not happy and I am tired of the hassles of hunting
for the biggest dollar. In fact, if I were to add up all the days I was without work, and
the time I have spent trying to collect money, I've actually made less money than I made
working with you.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could please put me back in the Hoshall
Team.
